As a business development and marketing coordinator, you will assist the director of business development and marketing in driving lead generation and expanding the business. Your position will be responsible for identifying and compiling business lead information; disseminating information to prospective clients; creating and scoping proposals; identifying client budgets; coordinating, scheduling, and participating in business development qualifying, discovery and negotiating meetings; and supporting LŪM inbound marketing by concepting, creating, and implementing various marketing strategies and tactics. With a focus on growing the business, you will participate in marketing, business development and sales efforts. Self-starting, outgoing, confident business development or marketing candidates are ideal.

The Day-to-Day
- Must be a motivated, self-starter and not afraid of assisting in achieving aggressive business development and marketing goals.
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities by generating leads and assisting the director with sales, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating promotional activities.
- Assisting in the creation and implementation of sales strategies.
- Assist in maintaining effective relationships with prospective customers via email, phone, and in-person.
- Coordinate and arrange new business events, meetings, and appointments.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective clients.
- Write and distribute agendas, proposals, estimates, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings.
- Assist in creating and maintaining client databases and mail lists utilizing the company’s CRM.
- Track outreach, proposals and presentations and provide feedback to management.
- Assist in executing the company’s marketing plan to develop inbound new contacts and leads.
- Complete a range of administrative duties.
- Build and strengthen LŪM Studio’s brand and reputation.
- Cultivate and nurture an environment that inspires creativity, courage, boldness, purpose, and engagement all while improving the experience of life.
The Education
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or an equivalent field.
The Preferred
- 2+ years of experience in areas outlined in “The Day-to-Day.”
- A thorough understanding of marketing, business development and sales processes and funnels.
- Ability to conduct impactful virtual meetings to help qualify prospects and customers.
- Great networking skills, ability to attend events to secure new leads if needed.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships through honesty, transparency, fairness, empathy, and the desire to provide exceptional effort and quality.
- Background in public speaking, presenting, and pitching.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

As an account coordinator, you will assist a team in driving concepts, plans, and execution of various marketing and communications strategies that are included in customized, integrated marketing and communications programs. With a focus on supporting account leadership and ensuring client satisfaction, you will aid in coordination on various services within multiple accounts. Account coordinators are hired to grow into account managers and through a mentorship and training path will receive guidance and development to transition into this role. Hard workers with a passion for learning and growing are ideal.

The Day-to-Day
- Assisting in the concepting, planning, positioning, and executing of various marketing strategies and tools.
- Collaborate with social media, website, and content specialists; and other team members to concept and manage brand and marketing solutions.
- Attend and participate in internal and client meetings and strategy development.
- Create content for all forms of media including social, print materials, websites, emails, media pitches and announcements, advertisements, and letters.
- Collect and document important competitor and market research that supports strategy and program effort.
- Media clip collection and tracking.
- Database input and management.
- Follow budgets and schedules set by account manager.
- Build and strengthen LŪM’s brand and reputation.

The Education

The Salary

As a Web Designer & Developer you will utilize your creative and software engineering/programing skills to concept, design, improve and maintain websites for our growing list of clients. The ideal candidate will understand user experience and have the skills to efficiently build web sites that are easy to navigate, accomplish goals and adhere to design standards and specifications. They will also have an eye for clean and artful web design and demonstrate experience creating sites on WordPress, SquareSpace, Wix and/or other publishing platforms. They should also have superior communication skills, unmatched organizational skills, and a strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.

The Day-to-Day
Concept and design clean, purposeful web interface, from start to finish, that is intuitive and user friendly, and allows audiences to engage rapidly and take the appropriate action a company or brand intends.
Works with art team/copywriter to concept and complete assigned projects and campaigns.
Tracks and maintain high performing, functioning websites for client and LŪM.
The Education
Formal training and/or college degree in web design or programming (with significant, proven experience, formal training may not be required).
The Must Haves
Proven work experience as a web designer.
Demonstrable web design skills with a strong portfolio.
Experience in creating site outlines, storyboards, user flows, process flows and/or site maps.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, website publishing platforms WordPress, Wix, SquareSpace, Weebly, Sketch, etc.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Up-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques and technologies.
Understanding browser capabilities.
Experience with design and a strong eye for solid, creative design.
Knowledge of best SEO and SEM practices and proven success incorporating SEO and SEM into new and existing web sites.
Experience taking websites live and connecting domain and hosting platforms.
Multimedia content development.

Experience working with Adobe Premiere Pro C and After Effects.
