How do you redefine a community’s online image and attract people to be a part of an amazing, one-of-a-kind community? 

LUM Studio was hired to develop the CHOOSE CPR a brand, website and resource for people looking to make the best move of their lives. Our team worked to create a strategy to redefine Casper’s online image and attract people to this community. Casper offers many things, and we placed quality of life, schools and safety, and employment opportunities at the forefront of this initiative. The project included creating a brand for Choose CPR, designing and developing a website, creating a drip e-mail program and improving the online reputation of Casper. The website provides a one-stop location to share the high points about Casper and offers resources to anyone considering a move while the e-mail drip campaign follows a prospect through the decision-making process. unique feature of initiative included working with a group of locals to be showcased on the website and serve as advocates for Casper. Interested people can contact the advocate that shares similar interests and values to learn more about the community. As part of the online reputation management efforts, LUM identified a group of stakeholders and requested they leave reviews and comments on sites that previously displayed negative information. LUM secured dozens of positive comments on sites, increased website scores of Casper, and improved Google’s first page results.
