BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING COORDINATOR OR MANAGER
MARCH 2026
LŪM Studio’s purpose is to help cultivate purposeful, bold brands – those of the clients we serve and our own – that positively and measurably impact the experience of life. We do this by concepting, creating, and implementing marketing and communications programs that benefit our clients and theirs; developing and providing fun, implementable training and instructional offerings; and supporting and engaging in community-based and socially responsible initiatives that are important to our employees, clients, and ourselves.
Our company is founded on the idea that you should love the work you do and make lives better while you’re doing it. Life’s short, and what we do here matters.
This position is ideal for a strategic, outgoing, and self-motivated professional who thrives on connection and growth. You’ll join a collaborative, flexible team that values transparency, curiosity, creativity, and balance. While LŪM provides a high-energy, fast-paced environment, we deeply respect our team’s lives outside of work and the other things that fulfill you.
The Opportunity
LŪM Studio is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Coordinator or Manager, depending on experience, skill set, and appetite for opportunity. This is an intentionally flexible role designed to attract the right person—whether you’re an emerging business development professional ready to grow, or a seasoned relationship-builder who can confidently lead deals from first conversation through close and contract.
Both levels play a critical role in growing LŪM Studio’s client base, visibility, and impact. The difference lies in scope, autonomy, and leadership within the sales pipeline. This role is both strategic and hands-on.
