Full-Time / Part-Time Remote — Wyoming March 2026
Business Development & Marketing Coordinator or Manager
Flexible level based on experience — grow from Coordinator to Manager within 12–24 months

LŪM Studio is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Coordinator or Manager — an intentionally flexible role designed to attract the right person. Whether you're an emerging professional ready to grow or a seasoned relationship-builder who can confidently lead deals from first conversation through close, both levels play a critical role in growing LŪM's client base, visibility, and impact.

This role collaborates closely with LŪM's leadership team to identify ideal clients, communicate our value, and ensure our outreach aligns with our purpose and values. This position is both strategic and hands-on.

  • Identify, qualify, and nurture new business leads that align with LŪM's capabilities and values, including industry research, list building, and cold calls
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and report on progress
  • Develop, write, and coordinate proposals, presentations, and RFP responses
  • Participate in and occasionally lead discovery, strategy, and negotiation meetings
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and community stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and creative teams to support inbound marketing, content development, and lead generation campaigns
  • Represent LŪM at networking events, conferences, and community activities
  • Maintain CRM (HubSpot) data integrity, including tracking outreach, proposals, and closed deals
  • Work closely with leadership to develop strategies that advance agency growth goals

A Coordinator who demonstrates strong lead generation, follow-through, and relationship-building skills can grow into a Manager-level role within 12–24 months. Growth is based on performance and ownership — not tenure alone. As responsibilities increase, so does compensation, autonomy, and leadership opportunity.

Coordinator (1–4 years exp.)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales, marketing, communications, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience building and maintaining professional relationships
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), Microsoft Suite, and Zoom
  • Organized, self-directed, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Located in or able to travel occasionally to Central Wyoming / Casper

Manager (4–8+ years exp.)

  • Proven track record in business development, ideally within a marketing, PR, or advertising agency
  • Ability to independently lead meetings, proposals, and negotiations
  • Strategic thinker who can also execute day-to-day tasks
  • Knowledge of regional business and community landscape is a plus

Operations Manager
Own the operational health of LŪM Studio — people, processes, finances, and systems

LŪM Studio's purpose is to help cultivate purposeful, bold brands — those of the clients we serve and our own — that positively and measurably impact the experience of life. Our company is founded on the idea you should love the work you do and make lives better while you're doing it. Life's short, and what we do here matters.

As Operations Manager, you will own the operational health of LŪM Studio by ensuring our people, processes, finances, and systems work together to support sustainable growth. Working closely with ownership and department leaders, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the agency while continuing to execute key administrative, financial, and human resources responsibilities appropriate for a growing business. You will create operational clarity, drive accountability, improve profitability, and build scalable systems that allow ownership to focus on strategic growth, business development, and key client relationships.

Financial Oversight

  • Own the financial operations of the agency, including executing bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, invoicing, collections, expense management, and month end
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, KPI dashboards, and profitability analyses for ownership
  • Partner with ownership to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts
  • Monitor cash flow and identify risks and opportunities
  • Recommend operational improvements that improve profitability
  • Approve operational expenditures within approved authority levels

Performance Management

  • Lead hiring, onboarding, benefits administration, and HR compliance
  • Coordinate annual compensation and salary review processes
  • Support directors, managers and team through accountability conversations and personnel guidance
  • Track organizational goals, KPIs, and leadership commitments
  • Help resolve personnel issues while reinforcing company values
  • Monitor capacity and recommend hiring, contractor usage, or resource reallocation

Leadership & Business Execution

  • Translate strategic priorities into operational action plans
  • Develop and maintain the company scorecard
  • Monitor quarterly priorities and ensure commitments are completed
  • Facilitate accountability conversations with leaders, directors and managers
  • Identify operational risks and present data-driven recommendations
  • Champion a culture of ownership, accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration

SOP Creation & Process Improvement

  • Develop, document, and maintain SOPs across the agency
  • Standardize workflows and continuously improve operational efficiency
  • Evaluate and implement technology, automation, and operational tools
  • Reduce founder dependency by creating scalable systems
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and improve cross-department collaboration

Administrative Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, personally executing responsibilities as needed while improving systems and identifying future delegation opportunities
  • Check mail and make business deposits on all business days
  • Support other team members working with clients in operational requests
  • Manage software subscriptions, business insurance, and operational vendors
  • Provide leadership and account teams with scanning and filing assistance
  • Run occasional errands, including shopping for office supplies
  • Create and oversee company's quarterly wellness initiatives
  • Openly participate in an environment that inspires creativity, courage, boldness, purpose, and engagement all while improving one's experience of life
  • 7+ years of progressive operations, finance, HR, or business leadership experience
  • Strong financial expertise including budgeting, forecasting, bookkeeping, and KPI reporting
  • Experience improving business processes and implementing operational systems
  • Ability to influence, hold others accountable, and drive results without relying solely on direct supervisory authority
  • Experience in HR including recruiting, hiring, onboarding and managing benefit packages
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency or professional services environment
  • Deadline oriented and committed to doing what you say you will
  • Ability to work well and closely with other team members and senior leadership
  • A "constructive criticism makes it better" philosophy
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft 365
  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, accounting, finance, or equivalent field

  • Previous practice working in an agency or firm environment
  • Proficiency in Basecamp and Zoom
  • Experience implementing operating systems

Hourly rate between $28–$36/hour.
