Leah has worked in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors in Wyoming, across the United States, and internationally for the previous 20 years. She has extensive experience in government, healthcare, agriculture, tourism, economic development, and marketing. Her passion includes working with brands that provide a unique quality of life — particularly in Wyoming and the Rocky Mountain Region. Leah's expertise includes program and organizational development, business and sales process best practices, event planning, campaign management, public and media relations, and social media strategy. She holds a B.S. in Political and Social Science and an MPA from the University of Wyoming. Leah serves on the Executive Board of Advance Casper and is a graduate of Leadership Wyoming, THE Best Class (2026).

Kerstin has worked in marketing and communications in Wyoming and Colorado for more than 20 years, collaborating with product and service companies across healthcare, energy, construction, agriculture, tourism, and more. Her passion is working with businesses to create smart strategy that guides effective implementation. Kerstin's expertise includes strategy development, content writing and management, print and web design, search strategy, public and media relations, client service, and operationally running a company. She has a B.A. in Journalism and Communications from Iowa State University and currently serves on the Downtown Development Authority board.

Extensive work in content creation and web development brought Jessi into the marketing and communications industry, focusing specifically on digital strategy and implementation. Her passion is working with clients to create a custom digital program that suits their needs. Jessi's expertise includes digital strategy, SEO, SEM, analytics measurement, web design and maintenance, content creation, media buy, and social media strategy. She has an A.A. in Human Communication from Casper College, is Google Analytics certified, and spent 15 years as a legal secretary prior to joining the LŪM team.

Prior to joining LŪM, Jes spent almost six years in the nonprofit sector at ServeWyoming, and has a background in communication instruction at the college and university level. As Account Director and Public & Media Relations Specialist, Jes manages teams and oversees projects to ensure strategy and goals remain at the forefront. She has an M.A. in Communication from the University of Wyoming and currently serves on the executive board for ServeWyoming.

Julie brings together her passions for creativity and organization to help clients reach new heights. Her expertise spans program management, social media strategy, written and visual content creation, video shooting and editing, media buy management, and event planning. Prior to LŪM, Julie was Marketing Manager at David Street Station where she organized 20+ community events yearly. She holds a B.S. in Mass Communications from Saint Cloud State University and volunteers with the Make A Wish Foundation.

As Content Manager, Marissa develops intentional creative content for a diverse range of LŪM clients across industries. Whether it's ad campaign copy, website content, or social media posts, she strives to help brands stand out through the power of words. Her expertise includes social media management, content creation and management, editing, and professional copywriting for social, web, print, email, and more. Marissa holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Wyoming and an A.S. in Business Administration from Casper College.

Janet joins LŪM after 20 years building and running her own businesses — shaping her love for creating order, clarity, and a steady rhythm in the day-to-day. She has a natural gift for spotting what needs to be tightened, simplified, or improved, and loves putting processes in place that make everyone's work easier. Before her entrepreneurial journey, Janet served as CEO of the Wyoming Association of Realtors and holds a Legal Justice Degree with experience as a Paralegal.

Todd has five years of web development experience with a passion for crafting beautiful, user-centric, pixel-perfect designs. He trained at the Flatiron School in Denver and brings a collaborative creative mindset from his background in independent filmmaking. He studied film at the New York Film Academy and holds a B.A. in Philosophy with a Minor in Critical Cinema Studies from Metropolitan State University of Denver. When not building digital experiences, Todd can be found reading, playing guitar, or expanding his vinyl record collection.

Ashley has worked in marketing and PR for over a decade, beginning in newspaper advertising where she won multiple WPA awards for ad design. She has helped nonprofits and healthcare organizations in Sheridan and Johnson Counties establish and grow their brands. Dedicated to creative problem solving, copywriting, visual design, and using metrics to support clients, Ashley is also very active in her community — serving on the Johnson County Library Foundation Board and the Buffalo Housing Authority. She studied Mass Communication at Southwestern College.

Brooke is a creative professional with over a decade of graphic design and marketing experience, including roles at the University of Wyoming, a Denver agency, and as Director of Events & Marketing at David Street Station. She is passionate about effective visual design and helping organizations communicate their message with clarity and creativity — from eye-catching marketing materials and logos to cohesive branding strategies. Brooke holds a B.A. in Art with a concentration in Graphic Design from the University of Wyoming.

Sydney holds a degree in Communications and Spanish from the University of Wyoming and brings both creativity and strategy to everything she does. Before joining LŪM, she built a strong foundation in property management in Colorado, working her way to Community Manager. Eventually Wyoming called her back home and she landed in Cheyenne ready to chase her passion for storytelling, design, and bringing big ideas to life. She helps clients turn visions into meaningful, standout brands every day.
