C/NCIA is known as a local airport, but the community doesn’t always see the vast impact it provides. A lack of awareness creates misunderstanding and confusion. The airport also works with a wide range of people and businesses, making it difficult to market to one audience. In addition, the airport was rebranded and needed to expand its new imagery and overall brand design.


Audience analysis was a key part of understanding the thoughts and actions of the people who use the airport. From there, LŪM was able to segment the audience into key groups (business passengers, leisure passengers, business owners, and community members) creating specialized messaging for each demographic. With strong branding and messaging finalized, we dove into the creatives launching a strategic social media plan, advertisements, print materials, a website refresh, and video graphics that amplified the branding and created a consistent and noticeable brand.
On social media, 3,750 Facebook followers gained in 12 months of services, an increase of 37.5% in a year, increasing their followers to over 10,000!
After the website refresh – the site increase of over 1400 users monthly on average.
